You know that life is not meant to be merely a list of deadlines & to-do’s, resulting in endless stress and emptiness. You know that feeling good is possible, yet you don’t. You know health is possible, even necessary, but you fail to honor your body’s needs. You know there is deeper meaning to life but perhaps you lack clarity. Where to begin?
To rise from suffering, reduce (or eliminate) pain, or dive deeper into the mystery, we begin with some simple practices that are easy to incorporate into life. (It usually begins with the breath!) Using time tested wisdom from yoga & āyurveda you can begin to feel your body again, listen to your heart, and calm the mind. Going further, you can discover your natural Unbounded Healing potential.
You have the wisdom within you. Healing & growth require your willingness to face truths & make changes. Sometimes, Laws and the higher good prevent us from healing in the way we desire, thereby making it imperative to invite Grace to at least achieve Peace, and Understanding. Grace is invited through Love and Surrender - which is not easy during a crisis.

Ancient Tools: Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy, Spiritual Guidance (scripture, meditation, mantra, intuition, dream & vision work, signs, etc.), Reiki, and Heart Centered Therapy.
You know in your heart there is a path to Peace. You long for more than mere survival. The answers can usually be revealed from either the ancient teachings (available from a trained guide), or your inner guru - that inner-most voice. From my studies & experiences I believe I can help you advance towards Peace and Understanding - and I have the courage to admit when my resources are insufficient.
